Justyna has a PhD in Applied Linguistics from the University of York. She is a post-doctoral researcher at OOOMinds research group, University of Birmingham, where she investigates cognitive abilities and constructs that play a role in language learning. She is interested in language learning in university context and English language as a medium of instruction at tertiary level. Justyna is the MEDAL Project Manager for Early-Career Researcher Empowerment, which means that he is responsible for the academic content of the training school.
She is also part of the MEDAL research team investigating pro-drop across languages.
