MEDAL chosen as project of the year 2023

What a great way to end the year: MEDAL has won the award for Project of the Year 2023 in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University of Tartu!

It was a great first year for the MEDAL project, which celebrated it’s first birthday on January 1st. The first year contained a range of workshops, the Tartu Summer School in Corpus Linguistics, a masterclass in corpus linguistics for secondary school students, and several visits of staff and students from Tartu to Nijmegen. Thank you all for your interest and enthusiastic participation, without which the MEDAL project would not have been such a success. We look forward to seeing many of you during our upcoming workshops, summer schools, and research exchanges for the next two years.
