Judith Holler is Associate Professor at Radboud University Nijmegen, PI at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition & Behaviour, and Senior Investigator at the Multimodal Language Department of the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics, Nijmegen. Her research focuses on how people convey and comprehend multimodal messages in face-to-face interaction and how they use visual bodily signals to structure and negotiate their interactions. Judith uses a combination of methods from different disciplines, including quantitative and conversation analysis-informed corpus analyses, behavioural and neurocognitive experimentation, and tools including avatar generation and mobile eyetracking in interaction. She is a member of the MEDAL steering committee.
