Administrative staff at the University of Tartu: Administrative visits

Are you part of the administrative staff at the University of Tartu? Then this is the mobility scheme for you!

Applications are submitted via the online form and include:1

  • application form
    • name, etc.
    • list of expected costs2 (travel, accommodation, daily allowance, other)
  • time plan for the visit (max. 1000 characters)3
  • confirmation from the host, indicating support for the visit (pdf)
  • confirmation of support from the work supervisor (pdf)

  1. Application is ongoing and the decisions are made one month after submission at the latest ↩︎
  2. The maximum funded amount is €1000 per application ↩︎
  3. Mobility funding recipients must provide a report outlining activities during the visit, what the recipient gained from the visit and how this experience will support the recipient’s work at UT in the future (in pdf format, max. two A4 pages). The report is due four weeks after the end of the visit and should be sent to the project administrator in Tartu. ↩︎
